CAIN for Foundry VTT is a complete game system for running CAIN, Tom Bloom’s TTRPG about exorcists hunting sins, in Foundry Virtual Tabletop. It covers players, GMs and the whole system: customizable actors and items, blasphemy powers, talismans and the rolls that tie them together. Made with Tom Bloom’s permission, and free and open source.
What’s inside
- Character sheets. Tabbed sheets for stats, items, abilities, sins and talismans, with bubble stats, the CAT level strip, XP advancement and end-of-session XP built in.
- Sin sheets. Trauma questions you can check off, expanded severe attacks, custom questions and quick action buttons that automate common moves.
- Talismans on the table. Talismans become tiles you can drop into a scene. They stay in sync with the Hunt Tracker and global talismans, scale with pressure, and light up when they fill.
- Automated agendas and blasphemies. Drag one onto a sheet and its items and powers are added for you. Each character gets their own editable copy of their blasphemy powers.
- Rolls and tracking. Automatic sin-mark rolls, afflictions as draggable items, a Divine Agony tracker and a built-in dice roller.
- Homebrew tools. Build your own agendas and blasphemies right inside Foundry.
- Content ready to go. Kit and items, blasphemies (including GFF3), agendas, sin marks, afflictions and roll tables import automatically the first time a GM opens a new world.
Installing
- In Foundry, open Setup, then Game Systems, then Install System.
